Two more arrests made in GTA break-in crime spree

Police in Halton Region arrested two more suspects accused of numerous residential break-ins across the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.

On Tuesday, Jordan Saccucci, 33, and Dumark Lindsay, 41, both of Mississauga were arrested in Oakville. They have each been charged with 68 break and enter related offences.

A Chevrolet Tahoe RST was also recovered, police say. It was located in Brampton with fake plates attached to it and investigators determined it was stolen.

On Nov. 30, a third suspect, Paul Nkrumah, 36, of Brampton was arrested by Halton police officers in Smithville, 35 kilometres west of St. Catharines.

At the time of his arrest, cops say Nkrumah was in possession of a stolen Jeep Cherokee.

Nkrumah was also charged with dangerous driving, flight from police, assault with intent to resist arrest, and possession of stolen property over $5,000.

A fourth suspect, Marcel Blackburn, 37, of Hagersville, remains wanted. Police say he is known to frequent the GTA.

On Nov. 21, Halton police officers executed search warrants at four residences associated with the suspects in Mississauga, Brampton, and Hagersville. Police were able to recover numerous items believed to have been stolen from various break-and-enters.
